Don Zablosky, LPC-S, LMFT-S, NCC
It took me a while to see how each of my life experiences and responses continue to shape how I perceive life events. My awareness lets me see my choices and lessen the times I feel I am only habitually reacting.
Understanding my own make up helps me recognize healthy wishes from less healthy ones. I have fewer regrets knowing that I (almost) fully considered my choices beforehand. I try to teach this approach to both clients and interns for the benefit of both their personal and professional lives.
